Merchant, One of the Axis Concepts of Commercial Law in the Light of Comparative Law

In this study, the concept of merchant is examined in the light of comparative law. First of all, the concept of commercial undertaking, which is the founding factor of the concept of merchant, is emphasized, and the concept of entrepreneur, which has developed as an alternative to the merchant, is touched upon. In conclusion, some important legal consequences related to the merchant is mentioned.
